The bus does not have a wheelchair lift or securements. Boarding requires entry steps with handrails. Wheelchair users must transfer to a fixed seat, and folding wheelchairs or walkers are stored as space permits. Contact Tucson Trolley Tours before booking if mobility, service-animal, or accommodation details matter for your group.
Pets are not permitted. Trained service animals are permitted as required by law; certification or documentation is not requested.
Weather and operator cancellation
Bus tours normally operate in varied weather because the bus is climate controlled, but Tucson Trolley Tours may cancel for unsafe conditions. If Tucson Trolley Tours cancels, guests receive a full refund.
Cancellations and no-shows
Public-tour cancellations more than 14 days before the tour are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, public-tour purchases are nonrefundable, but guests may contact Tucson Trolley Tours about rescheduling. Late arrivals and no-shows are not guaranteed a refund or reschedule. Current Rezdy booking terms control if they conflict.

Scheduled public tours offer Adult, Senior, Military, and Student ticket categories. Call before booking with questions about an infant. Tucson Trolley Tours does not provide, install, or secure car seats.
