Public tour bookings
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
Tickets are purchased in full when a reservation is completed.
Within 14 days
Public-tour purchases are nonrefundable, but guests may contact Tucson Trolley Tours about rescheduling.
Operator cancellation
If Tucson Trolley Tours cancels a tour, guests receive a full refund.
Late arrivals and no-shows are not guaranteed a refund or reschedule. The terms shown with your booking control if they conflict with this summary.
Private bus tours
An inquiry is not a reservation.
Private tours begin with an inquiry submitted at least two weeks before the preferred date. Sending the form does not reserve the bus or confirm availability. Pricing and applicable payment or cancellation terms are confirmed directly before a private reservation is completed.
Gift card terms
Use, delivery, and remaining balances
Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are issued by Tucson Trolley Tours, LLC and delivered by email after online purchase.
Where can a gift card be used?
For eligible Tucson Trolley Tours experiences advertised and sold online through this website. Gift cards cannot be used for merchandise or experiences sold only by third parties, resellers, or partner sites.
Do gift cards expire or have fees?
No. Gift card value and codes do not expire, and there are no activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees.
Can the balance be used more than once?
Yes. Any unused balance remains on the card for future eligible bookings. If the booking costs more than the available balance, the difference is paid with an accepted payment method.
Can a gift card be exchanged for cash?
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and unused balances do not receive cash back, except where required by law.
Are gift card purchases refundable?
Gift card sales are final except where required by law. A qualifying refund for a tour paid with a gift card is returned to that gift card or a replacement card.
What happens to a lost or stolen code?
Contact Tucson Trolley Tours promptly. After the original code is cancelled, a replacement can be issued for the remaining unused balance. Tucson Trolley Tours is not responsible for use that occurs before notice.
