What can the gift card be used for?
Gift cards can be used toward eligible Tucson Trolley Tours experiences advertised and sold online through this website. They cannot be used for merchandise or experiences sold only by third parties, resellers, or partner sites.
How is a gift card redeemed?
Enter the gift card code during online checkout. If the booking costs more than the card value, pay the difference with an accepted payment method. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the card.
Can someone else use the gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are transferable, and anyone with the code can use the available value for an eligible booking. Keep the code secure.
Are gift card purchases refundable?
Gift card sales are final except where required by law. A qualifying refund for a tour booking paid with a gift card is returned to the gift card rather than paid in cash.
