Are gift card purchases refundable?

Gift card sales are final. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be refunded, except where required by law.

What if I need to cancel a tour that I paid for with a gift card?

If your booking is cancelled within the allowed timeframe and is eligible for a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to the gift card (or to a replacement gift card we issue), not to cash or a credit card.

📜 Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following Gift Card Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards purchased through our online booking system.

1. Issuer and scope of use

1.1. Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are issued by Tucson Trolley Tours, LLC. (“Tucson Trolley Tours,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.2. Gift cards are redeemable only for tours and experiences advertised on our website and bookable online through our booking system at https://tucsontrolleytours.com. They may be used for both public and private tours that we advertise and sell directly.

1.3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase tours or products sold by third parties, resellers, or partners, and cannot be used for merchandise or other items that are not currently offered for sale on our website.

1.4. Gift cards are not credit or debit cards, do not earn interest, and are not insured.

2. Amounts, purchase, and delivery

2.1. Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are currently available in Ride for One, Ride for Two, Trailblazer Trio, and Family 4-Pack.

2.2. Gift cards are purchased and processed securely online through our third-party booking platform, Rezdy.

2.3. After purchase, the gift card code will be delivered by email to the purchaser and/or designated recipient, as specified during checkout.

3. No expiration and no fees

3.1. Gift card value does not expire.

3.2. The gift card code itself also does not expire. If a code ever becomes unusable for technical reasons, we will issue a replacement, as described in Section 6.

3.3. Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are not subject to any activation, service, or inactivity fees.

4. Redemption and use

4.1. Gift cards are redeemable online only through our booking system at https://tucsontrolleytours.com.

4.2. To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code in the appropriate field during the online checkout process. The applicable amount will be applied to your booking total.

4.3. If the total cost of your booking is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used toward future bookings until the full value is spent.

4.4. If the total cost of your booking is greater than the value of your gift card, you must pay the difference using one of the payment methods we accept at the time of booking.

4.5. Gift cards are valid only for eligible tours and experiences that we advertise and sell online. Additional limitations or requirements (such as minimum group sizes, age requirements, or tour availability) are governed by our standard booking policies.

5. No cash redemption

5.1. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned, resold, or exchanged for cash or credit, except where required by applicable law.

5.2. We do not provide cash back for any unused portion of a gift card, except where required by law. Any remaining value stays on the card for future use.

6. Lost, stolen, or compromised cards

6.1. Anyone who has a gift card code can use it to make a booking. Please treat your gift card code like cash and keep it secure.

6.2. If your gift card is lost, stolen, or you believe it has been compromised, please contact us at info@tucsontrolleytours.com or (520) 201-4688 as soon as possible.

6.3. Upon request, we will cancel the original gift card code and issue a replacement gift card for any remaining unused balance.

6.4. Replacement gift cards will be delivered by email to the email address you provide. Once the original card is cancelled, it cannot be used again.

6.5. We are not responsible for any bookings made using a gift card code before you notify us that the card has been lost, stolen, or compromised.

7. Transferability

7.1. Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are freely transferable. You may give or forward your gift card to another person.

7.2. We will treat any person who provides a valid gift card code during the booking process as authorized to use the card, and we are not responsible if a gift card or code is shared, forwarded, or used by someone other than the intended recipient.

7.3. By using or redeeming a gift card, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

8. Refunds and cancellations

8.1. Gift card sales are final. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, except where required by law.

8.2. Bookings paid for, in whole or in part, with a gift card are subject to our standard booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies, which are available at https://tucsontrolleytours.com/privacy-policy-and-legal-info/.

8.3. If a booking paid with a gift card is cancelled in accordance with our standard cancellation policy and is eligible for a refund, any refundable amount will be returned to the same gift card (or to a replacement gift card that we issue), not in cash or to another payment method.

8.4. If a booking is a no-show or cancelled outside of the time allowed by our standard policies, any amount paid with a gift card may be forfeited, in accordance with those policies.

9. Changes to the gift card program

9.1. We may change, suspend, or terminate the gift card program, including these Terms, for future gift card purchases at any time.

9.2. Any such changes will not affect the value already loaded on existing gift cards. Existing gift cards will continue to be honored in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, to the extent required by law.

10. Governing law

10.1. These Terms and any disputes relating to Tucson Trolley Tours gift cards are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10.2. Your rights may vary depending on where you live and the laws that apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Privacy and third-party services

11.1. Gift card purchases and redemptions are processed through Rezdy, our online booking and payment platform. By purchasing or using a gift card, you acknowledge that Rezdy may process your payment and booking information as part of those services.
